Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC)
JK Lakshmi Cement produces Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) in two grades i.e. 43 and 53. OPC is one of the most popular building materials used all across the globe. While the chief chemical constituents of ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) are Calcium, Silica, Alumina and Iron, cement manufacturers continuously research and make efforts to further strengthen and improve the quality and other features of this particular type of cement.
Ordinary Portland Cement 43 and 53 are used for the construction of High-rise buildings, all types of R.C.C works, Industrial works, Prestressed concrete work like bridges, silos and Precast elements such as Railway sleepers and concrete poles.
Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC)
JK Lakshmi Cement has developed technology to produce high strength, high performance blended Cement like Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) using the Fly Ash (a thermal power plant waste) as a raw material. The company provides Portland pozzolana cement in 53 grade, that is known for achieving higher early compressive strength and fineness. It is used as a safer and eco-friendly alternative to Ordinary Portland Cement. We have introduced PPC in premium segment that is ideal for all concrete applications like columns, beams, roofs and foundations.
PPC is primarily used for High Rise Buildings, Bridges, Silos & Industrial Works, residential apartments, etc.
Portland Slag Cement (PSC)
Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS) is a by-product from the blast furnaces used to make iron or steel. JK Lakshmi Cement produces high quality Portland Slag Cement by grinding the slag with the clinker. Durability, Long term strength, sulphate and chloride resistance of PSC is found to be better than other types of Cement. Usage of slag cement keeps materials from landfills, reduces virgin material use, enhances air quality and reduces energy consumption by replacing other higher-impact materials.
Portland Slag Cement (PSC) is primarily used to construct Bungalows, Skyscrapers, Piling & Water Retaining Structures etc.
Homogeneous blending of highly reactive Fly Ash, high glass content Slag and high - quality Clinker results in this modern product resulting in numerous benefits to the customers and society at large. Composite Cement produced by JK Lakshmi Cement has resistant properties from alkaline and sulphate environments which makes it ideal for coastal regions. This is a highly progressive cement offering better cohesiveness, superior workability and less water requirement than Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC).

JK Lakshmiplast is a superior quality Gypsum Plaster with exceptional whiteness that can do wonders for home interiors. For all decorative and beautifying devices like cornices, ceiling roses or ﬁre resistant cladding for structural steel work, JK Lakshmiplast is the ideal solution.
In our quest to provide complete wall solutions to the customers, the Company has introduced high-grade polymer based JK Lakshmi Plast Smart Wall Putty. It is a white Cement based Wall Putty with re-dispersible polymer and functional additives that gives smooth finish to interior and exterior rough plasters. Being water-resistant, it provides a strong base that prevents paint from ﬂaking.
Autoclaved Aerated Blocks
Continuing its endeavour to bring the best in building materials, JK Lakshmi Cement Limited brought JK Smartblox- AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Blocks), which are produced in a state-of-the-art plant using machinery and technology from Germany. The highly automated manufacturing process which incorporates the technological innovations such as ‘Green Separation’ and ‘Horizontal Autoclaving’ is capable of delivering unmatched consistency in product quality. The AAC blocks are safer, stronger and made using eco- friendly green building material, which aid in speedy construction. The AAC blocks are fire and earthquake resistant and are now government endorsed.
Water Proofing Chemical
The company has recently forayed into providing concrete binding and water proofing agents after a thorough market research and analysing the painful areas for the customers. The chemical agent “Brahmastra” is an advanced concrete technology based polymer modified premium liquid that needs to be added while preparing cement concrete / mortar. When added to concrete, Brahmastra can reduce the mixing water requirement up to 25 % and makes concrete flowable with the same water /cement ratio as being used by concrete labourers. Resultant concrete has excellent finishing & higher strength as compared to concrete without Brahmastra. It enhances concrete’s viscosity to cover a larger surface area which is directly proportional to less consumption of concrete for a given site thus resulting in savings and efficiency for the customers.
