For Shares in Dematerialised Form request may be sent to the Depository Participant where the shareholder is having account for dematerialized shares. In case shares are held in Physical Mode written request duly signed may be sent at either Company’s Address or at the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent’s Address given above.
